American Citizen Registration Services (U.S. Dept. of State)
All Mercer students who are U.S. citizens are required to register ther personal details and local host country information with the U.S. Department of State. The purpose for this requirement is to assist students and their families with getting connected in times of emergency, whether it is related to family, natural events, or political developments. Students will need to supply their passport information, emergency contact information, and local host country contact information. Students are also required to provide this same information to the Office of International Programs prior to departure.
